1. Do you ship Internationally?
Canada - Most of the products in our store CAN BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO YOU IN CANADA allowing you to simply place the items in your cart and check out in the normal fashion. Carriers and shipping rates vary depending on the manufacturer.
- Package Forwarding (Kimlor and Pem America Products) - These manufacturers will not ship directly to Canada, however, our package forwarding service provides a way around this restriction. The manufacturer ships your item(s) to our facility in Texas. Once we receive the package, we will then forward your item(s) on to you. This option does cost a little more and takes a little longer, but if you have your heart set on a product from one of these manufacturers, you now have an option to order it.
All Other Countries - International residents who are interested in products that are not available for direct shipping to their location may consider the BundleBox option (below) for International ordering.
We have recently partnered with BundleBox to provide shipping outside of the United States to anywhere in the world! BundleBox provides you with your personal USA parcel forwarding address. Registration is quick and easy and your address is available immediately.
BundleBox has no registration or subscription fee. Once you receive your BundleBox address, contact your credit card company and add it as a secondary billing address. Most credit card companies will allow you to do this. Then, when you make purchases from U.S. retailers, you can enter your U.S. shipping address from BundleBox as your credit card billing address and delivery address. Now, you are ready to shop at Sweet Dreams Decor or virtually any U.S. website.
When your purchases arrive in your BundleBox, you will be notified via email. You can keep your items in your BundleBox for up to 30 days, free of charge. If you are purchasing items from multiple web sites, you can have them all delivered to your BundleBox and then consolidate shipping to your country to save on delivery charges. When you are ready, you can book the shipment of your items to their final destination. BundleBox offers Fedex express delivery service of 2-3 days or Fedex regular delivery service of 4-5 days. • Import duty and VAT
Import Taxes, Customs Duties and Fees
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. These additional charges for customs clearance are not included in the shipping costs calculated on our site and they must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

2. Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Most of our products are available for direct shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, allowing you to simply place the items in your cart and check out in the normal fashion. Carriers and shipping rates vary depending on the manufacturer. To estimate shipping, place the item(s) in your cart and enter your country, state and postal code in 'Estimate Shipping' form on the cart page.
- Package Forwarding (Kimlor Products) - Kimlor will not ship directly to Alaska or Hawaii, however, our package forwarding service provides a way around this restriction. Kimlor ships your item(s) to our facility in Texas. Once we receive the package, we will then forward your item(s) on to you. This option does cost a little more and takes a little longer, but if you have your heart set on a product from Kimlor, you now have an option to order it.
3. Do you ship to Military (APO/FPO) addresses?
Yes, most of our products are available for direct shipping to your APO/FPO address, allowing you to simply place the items in your cart and check out in the normal fashion. Shipping rates vary depending on the manufacturer. To estimate shipping, place the item(s) in your cart and enter your country, state and postal code in 'Estimate Shipping' form on the cart page.
- Package Forwarding (Hoohobbers, Kimlor, Pem America, Royal Plaza Textiles) - These manufacturers will not ship directly to an APO/FPO address, however, our package forwarding service provides a way around this restriction. The manufacturer ships your item(s) to our facility in Texas. Once we receive the package, we will then forward your item(s) on to you. This option does cost a little more and takes a little longer, but if you have your heart set on a product from one of these manufacturers, you now have an option to order it.
4. Do you ship to Guam, Puerto Rico and other US Territories?
We regret that at this time, we are unable to ship to your location. However, if you are interested in purchasing from our site, there is a solution. Aloha Forwarding is a service can be used to receive your order at their Denver location and forward it to you via USPS. Their rates are quite reasonable.
5. Will you ship to P.O. Box?
JoJo Designs orders and clearance orders may be shipped to a P.O. Box. All other orders require a physical address due to carrier restrictions.
6. Why has my credit card has been declined and yet a charge shows on my card?
Rest assured that your card was not actually charged. Your credit card company pre-authorized the transaction and so it shows to be a pending charge, however, our merchant bank declined the transaction, most likely due to a billing address or cvv code mismatch.
During the process of obtaining authorization from your bank for a charge to your credit card, we send your bank the billing address that you have provided in our shopping cart as well as the amount that you wish to charge.
Your bank first confirms that your card has credit available for the charge. If the card has adequate credit, then your bank sends us an authorization number. Your bank also compares the billing address of your card with the one we have sent to them that you provided in the shopping cart. If the billing addresses do not match, then your bank sends us a code identifying the type of mismatch, such as a mismatch with the street address, zip code, or the CVV2 code.
This mismatch does not prevent your bank from authorizing the charge, but it does prevent us from actually charging your credit card. We will not charge your card if there is a mismatch. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure.
When your card is declined by us due to a problem with the billing address, normally you will receive a message such as "AVS mismatch."
Your bank will not know that we have declined the transaction based on the mismatch. In fact, your bank will simply show the transaction as pre-approved. However, it does not mean that any money will be removed from your account. It just means that the charge has been pre-approved. Since the transaction will not settle and no money will be removed, the pre-approval will automatically drop off in 5-7 days and the charge will disappear. If you do not want to wait the standard 5-7 days, you may call your bank and let them know that the transaction failed due to an avs mismatch and request that they release the funds immediately.
