Ordering Online

Ordering online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. Credit card transactions will be billed as SweetDreamsDecor.com. Paypal transactions will be billed using our corporate name, Upside Deals Inc.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. You may view delivery charges by placing an item in your cart and beginning the checkout process. You will be able to view the charges before entering your payment information. Because many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer or supply house, you may notice upon checkout that your items are grouped first according to your shipping destination(s) and then by warehouse location.

Item Availability

Many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  We do our best to update inventory levels when a product goes out of stock, however, not all manufacturers notify us when this happens. If you would like to double-check the stock status of an item prior to ordering, please feel free to contact us and we will gladly check on it for you.  If you do order an item that happens to be out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like to wait on the item, substitute another item or cancel the order.

Delivery Restrictions

P.O. Boxes - Clearance orders as well as items from JoJo Designs and C&F Enterprises may be shipped to a P.O. Box.  All other orders require a physical address due to carrier restrictions.

Continental US - The following locations are referred to as the "Continental US", per our store policy: The lower 48 Contiguous United States. At this time, ALL items are available within this area.

Alaska and Hawaii - Most of our products are available for direct shipping to to your area, however Kimlor products are not. AK and HI residents who are interested in purchasing Kimlor products may take advantage of our package forwarding option. Kimlor will ship the item to our facility in Texas and once we receive it, we will forward it on to you. For shipping rates, place item(s) in your cart and fill out the 'Estimate shipping' form.

APO/FPO - Most of our products are available for direct shipping to to your area, however products from Hoohobbers, Kimlor, Pem America and Royal Plaza Textiles are not. If you are interested in purchasing one or more of these products, you may take advantage of our package forwarding option. The manufacturer will ship the item to our facility in Texas and once we receive it, we will forward it on to you. For shipping rates, place item(s) in your cart and fill out the 'Estimate shipping' form.

Guam, Puerto Rico and other US Territories - We regret that at this time, we are unable to ship to your location. However, if you are interested in purchasing from our site, there is a solution. Aloha Forwarding is a service can be used to receive your order at their Denver location and forward it to you via USPS. Their rates are quite reasonable.

International Orders

  • Canada - Most of the products in our store can be shipped directly to you in Canada allowing you to simply place the items in your cart and check out in the normal fashion. Carriers and shipping rates vary depending on the manufacturer.

Kimlor and Pem America products will not ship directly to Canada, however, our package forwarding service provides a way around this restriction. The manufacturer ships your item(s) to our facility in Texas. Once we receive the package, we will then forward your item(s) on to you. This option does cost a little more and takes a little longer, but if you have your heart set on a product from one of these manufacturers, you now have an option to order it.

  • All Other Countries - International residents who are interested in products that are not available for direct shipping to their location may consider the BundleBox option (below) for International ordering.

BundleBox

We have recently partnered with BundleBox to provide shipping outside of the United States to anywhere in the world! BundleBox provides you with your personal USA parcel forwarding address. Registration is quick and easy and your address is available immediately.

 

BundleBox has no registration or subscription fee. Once you receive your BundleBox address, contact your credit card company and add it as a secondary billing address. Most credit card companies will allow you to do this. Then, when you make purchases from U.S. retailers, you can enter your U.S. shipping address from BundleBox as your credit card billing address and delivery address. Now, you are ready to shop at Sweet Dreams Decor or virtually any U.S. website.

When your purchases arrive in your BundleBox, you will be notified via email. You can keep your items in your BundleBox for up to 30 days, free of charge. If you are purchasing items from multiple web sites, you can have them all delivered to your BundleBox and then consolidate shipping to your country to save on delivery charges. When you are ready, you can book the shipment of your items to their final destination. BundleBox offers Fedex express delivery service of 2-3 days or Fedex regular delivery service of 4-5 days. Import Taxes, Customs Duties and Fees

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. These additional charges for customs clearance are not included in the shipping costs calculated on our site and they must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Policy on Returns and Exchanges

Return / Exchange Requirements

  • Customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange and authorize the return. Do this via the Request and RMA form.
  • Once RMA is issued, return must be received within 10 business days. If received after this window, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Items must still be in NEW condition.
  • Items that have been used, washed or altered may not be returned.
  • Items must be returned in original sealed packaging. If packaging has been damaged or cut open, we cannot accept the returned item.
  • Personalized and/or Made To Order items are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the Return / Exchange requirements outlined above.

Steps for Returning an Item

Most items on our site ship from the manufacturer, however the manufacturers do not process the returns. Returns must be shipped to Sweet Dreams Decor.

  1. Request an RMA - If you would like to arrange a return or exchange, please fill out an RMA Request within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
  2. Wait for your RMA form - If your item(s) are eligible for return, we will email your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form in PDF format and instructions for shipping your return.
  3. Print a copy of your RMA form.
  4. Mark the appropriate box for Return or Exchange and sign the RMA form.
  5. Repackage your item(s) and include the RMA form inside of your return package.
  6. Ship via the carrier of your choice to:

Ship as quickly as possible so that return will arrive within 10 day RMA window.
Please do not ship returns without obtaining an RMA first. Unauthorized returns will be refused.  

Credit for Returned Item(s)

Once your authorized return has been received and it is determined to still be in new condition, we will issue credit as follows:

  • For Returns: A refund will be issued for the subtotal of returned item(s) less any order discounts or shipping discounts* applied to your original invoice. Refunds will be issued directly to the card used for payment. If you paid via check or money order, a refund check will be issued.
  • For Exchanges: A store credit discount code will be issued for the subtotal of returned item(s) less any order discounts or shipping discounts* applied to your original invoice. You may then use the store credit discount code towards the purchase of another item or items in the store.

* Shipping is not refundable for returns or exchanges, as the amount collected for shipping was used to ship the item(s) to you. If your original order qualified for discounted or free shipping, the refund for your return/exchange would be less the actual shipping costs that Sweet Dreams Decor paid to send the item(s) to you.

Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged or missing parts, please Contact Us within 5 days of delivery so that we can quickly take action to resolve the issue by arranging a return and/or shipping a replacement item.
