If you would like to return an item and your item is eligible based on the Return / Exchange Requirements, please submit the form below within 14 days of receiving your order to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please do not ship returns without obtaining an RMA first. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Return / Exchange Requirements

• Customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange and authorize the return. Do this via the Request and RMA form.
• Once RMA is issued, return must be received within 10 business days. If received more than 10 days after RMA date or 30 days after the order was delivered, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• Items must still be in NEW condition.
• Items that have been used, washed or altered may not be returned.
• Items must be returned in original sealed packaging. If packaging has been damaged or cut open, we cannot accept the returned item.
• Personalized and/or Made To Order items are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the Return / Exchange requirements outlined above.
