Twin XL beds are the same width as a twin bed, but 5 inches longer. See chart above for measurements.

Since the top cover is not a fitted item, a twin comforter, quilt or duvet will usually work just fine for a twin xl bed. However, if you like a little more length, look for twin xl top cover.

Sheets and bed skirts are fitted items, so you will want to buy these items in a twin xl size.
