Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. Credit cards transactions will be billed as Upside Deals, Inc. If you wish, you may also send us a US Money order or Cashier's Check. Personal checks are accepted as well, however this method of payment will delay the processing of your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship your merchandise. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check or money order, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. You may view delivery charges by placing an item in your cart and beginning the checkout process. You will be able to view the charges before entering your payment information. Because many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer or supply house, you may notice upon checkout that your items are grouped first according to your shipping destination(s) and then by warehouse location. Please scroll down to the chart below for additional shipping information on the product lines that we carry.

Delivery Restrictions

  • At this time, we ship to US physical addresses only. We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
  • APO/FPO - We regret that at this time, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses. We hope to expand our Here & There shipping program to military addresses very soon.
  • Continental US - The following locations are referred to as the "Continental US", per our store policy: The lower 48 Contiguous United States. At this time, ALL items are available within this area.
  • US Addresses outside of the Continental US - The following locations are referred to as "Outside of the Continental US", per our store policy: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or any other US territories off the US Mainland. There are restrictions on some items to US addresses outside of the Continental US. Many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or supply house. Some suppliers do not ship outside of the Continental US. We have implemented the Here & There Shipping Program to overcome such restrictions in many cases.

Here & There Shipping Program

This program was created to provide better service to our customers who are often left out in the cold because of where they live. It allows customers with US addresses outside of the Continental US to purchase items that typically ship directly from a manufacturer that imposes shipping restrictions to their location. To overcome these restrictions, we simply order the item and have it delivered to our location and then re-ship it out to your location.

Items eligible for the Here & There Shipping program:

  • Usually ship factory direct, but the factory has imposed shipping restrictions on certain US states/addresses.
  • Are shipped first to us and then shipped to the customer.
  • Must be small to medium size and weigh 35 lb or less.
  • Will incur additional shipping and handling charges to cover the cost of double-shipping.
  • May take 2-3 weeks longer to deliver due to the additional handling required.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Return / Refund Policy

  • Furniture / Other Freight Deliveries:

    Due to the extremely high cost of freight for furniture items, furniture returns are not accepted.

    Our suppliers package each item very carefully. As a result, they have an exceptionally low delivery damage rate. Nevertheless, it is very important to inspect your package carefully prior to signing the bill of lading for the delivery driver. If the box is at all damaged or if for any reason, you are concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that the driver asks you to sign.

    In the unlikely event you receive a product that is damaged or missing parts, please Contact Us within 5 days of delivery so that we can quickly take action to resolve the issue. Damaged items will be replaced under the following terms. Damaged items noted at the time of delivery and marked on the bill of lading will be replaced free of charge along with the freight costs associated with sending the replacement. Concealed damage noted after delivery (not marked on the bill of lading) will be replaced free of charge, but the freight costs associated with sending the replacement item will be charged.

  • Items Delivered by Standard Carrier:

    In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged or missing parts, please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery so that we can quickly take action to resolve the issue by arranging a return and/or shipping a replacement item.

    If you have had a change of heart or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened item in its original sealed packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund less shipping and 15% restocking fee. (Exception: Personalized and/or made to order items such as the sports bedding are not refundable.)

    Please Contact Us first to arrange and authorize return. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide you with the return address. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

    All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
